We held a Kaizen Week !

We held a Kaizen Week from November 10 to 14, 2008 under our customer's cooperation. The processes from the material arrival to the finished product shipment have been improved. The pilot line space became smaller within one third. We will roll the Kaizen method out to all over our company hereafter. Please look forward to our activities!
